Backend (.NET)

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in Backend Development or equivalent position.
4. Demonstrates initiative, discipline, responsibility, attention to detail, and organized work habits.
5. Ability to work individually and in a team, as well as coordinate with other related teams.
6. Capable of providing input/ideas for team improvement.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Java / .NET / C# / Go programming languages
• Mastery of .NET Core Framework, OOP, SQL Server
• Good understanding of microservices and APIs
• Familiarity with RDBMS
• Experience in handling at least one of these databases: Oracle / Elastic / Redis / MongoDB
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to perform debugging and troubleshooting

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in leading a Backend team
• Experience with Containerization & microservices
• Experience with Kafka & Stream Based Applications
• Experience with Redis, Caching Strategy & Data Grid
• Experience with Elastic & Other Non-Relational Databases
