Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced predictive models for various financial applications
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output
- Engineer predictive features from existing data and integrate external data sources
- Design analytical frameworks to address complex business challenges
- Lead the strategy and execution of our analytics roadmap
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive adoption of data-driven solutions
- Manage team resources, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience building, evaluating, and monitoring ML collection risk or consumer credit scoring models for financial products
- At least 2 years of leadership experience, including team management
- Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics
- Expertise in machine learning concepts (e.g., Bagging, Boosting, Recommendation Engines)
- Proficiency in feature engineering across various data types
- Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into data science solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in agile methodologies and project management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multiple domains such as Risk Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Fraud Analytics
