Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize the Cloudera Data Platform to support the company's data analytics needs.
2. Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Talend Cloud.
3. Build and manage data warehouses, including designing fact and dimension table structures.
4. Develop data marts and OLAP cubes to support business analytics requirements.
5. Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to identify and implement effective data solutions.
6. Ensure data quality, security, and consistency across all systems.
7. Optimize query performance and database structures.
8. Collaborate with other teams to integrate new data sources and meet reporting needs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
3. Proven ability to manage and optimize the Cloudera Data Platform.
4. Strong experience with Talend Cloud or similar ETL tools.
5. Expertise in designing and implementing data warehouses, including dimensional modeling (fact and dimension tables).
6. Experience in creating and managing data marts and OLAP cubes.
7. In-depth knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
8. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java.
9. Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
10. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
11. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Additional Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Apache Hadoop, Spark, or other Big Data technologies.
• Cloudera or Talend related certifications.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Able to operate Talend Studio & Cloud
• Able to operate Cloudera Data Platform
• Able to establish Datawarehouse (Star scheme)

Sallary offered up To 15.000.000 IDR
