• Train, manage, and oversees team of performance marketing
• specialist and graphic designers
• Accumulate database of KOL for livestream and affiliate
• Ensure graphic designer's outputs are aligned with
• company's objectives.
• Manage on-site and out-site platform ads.
• Plan, report, and evaluate the ads.
• Competitor product analysis/tracking
• Responsible for Traffic, CTR, CR, & ROl of the ads
• Run and daily monitoring the ads.
• Identifying and test new channels
• Ensure the campaigns deliver against the target
