Job Description
The Junior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring multiple projects to ensure timely delivery aligned with project objectives. This role requires strong coordination across teams, effective stakeholder management, and high attention to detail in managing project operations and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor 2–3 projects simultaneously to ensure on-time delivery in line with defined objectives.
- Ensure operational projects run smoothly and efficiently across all stages of execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate clear, timely, and effective communication among project teams, clients, and partners.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
- Manage project scope, timelines, costs, and resource utilization to maintain cost efficiency.
- Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and progress reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational and project management effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or program delivery.
- Experience in edutech, training, consulting, or professional services is a strong advantage.

Compensation
- Monthly salary: IDR 5.000.000 - 6,500,000
