Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Business Owner and be the Voice of the Customer
- Develop Product Vision, Product Roadmap, and Product Backlog based on in-depth research
- Play an active role in the Agile/Scrum team as a liaison between Business Owner and Development Team
- Manage Sprint Backlog and Sprint Goals in collaboration with the Development Team
- Ensure accountability for the Development Team's work
- Regularly report product development progress to Business Owner and Customers
- Conduct Backlog Grooming/Refinement as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management/Project Management in Multi-finance or Banking companies
- At least 3 years of continuous employment with the same company
- Experience in handling treasury finance or accounting modules within the company's core system (Funding Management System)
- Experience with accounting systems or financial applications managing bank loans (term loans, short loans, invoice payments)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build strong relationships with Customers and Development Team
- Strong sense of ownership towards the company and its products
- Understanding of Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework
- Capable of solving complex problems and identifying use cases/solutions
- Effective prioritization skills
- Ability to create conceptual designs (at least high-level materials)
- Skilled in building easily understandable Product Knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA
- Proficiency in using analytical tools for decision-making
- Professional certification in Product Management
