Project Manager(PMO)

Responsibilities

1. Project Preparation

• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to gather project requirements.
• Create Project Plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Develop important documents such as scope of work (SOW), Blueprint, SLA, migration or change management documents, and project timelines.

2. Project Execution

• Oversee project implementation according to the established plan.
• Coordinate with developer teams, customer IT teams and users, and third-party partners to ensure smooth integration.
• Resolve issues and obstacles that arise during the project execution process.

3. Project Evaluation

• Monitor and evaluate project performance regularly to ensure that the project progresses according to budget and timeline.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential risks.

4. Post-Implementation Support

• Provide technical and non-technical support after project implementation.
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve post-implementation issues that customers may face.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management, especially in the technology and/or healthcare industry.
• Experience working with IT teams, business teams, C-level executives, and multi-party collaborations.

2. Technical Skills

• Good understanding of SaaS, cloud, on-premise models, and mobile applications.
• Basic knowledge of software development (SDLC), IT infrastructure, data migration, backup & security, and system integration.
• Knowledge of change & risk management.

3. Managerial Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively.

4. Certifications (Optional)

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or other certifications will be an advantage.

5. Other Abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, good time management, and able to work under pressure.
• Good Indonesian and English language skills, both verbal and written.
