Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and train the technical team in system development
- Design systems to improve efficiency, availability, scalability, flexibility, functionality, and usability of company products
- Collaborate with the technical team to establish standards and technical mechanisms
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs
- Create tools and resources to enhance team efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- 1-2 years of experience as a System Analyst, with at least 2 years prior experience as a software developer/engineer/programmer
- Experience as a System Analyst in a Multifinance Company (mandatory)
- Proficient in planning, architecture design, estimation, and execution of software development
- Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- In-depth knowledge of information technology and software development
- Understanding of GIT, CI-CD, virtualization and containerization technologies
- Familiarity with Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to solve technical problems in a dynamic environment
- Enthusiasm for the latest technological developments
- Experience with Issue Tracking tools
