General Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with mobile apps and/or websites.
• Strong and relevant UI/UX design portfolio.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of user interface and user experience (user-centered design principles).
• Capable of creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
• Experience with usability testing and user research tools.

Analytical Skills:

• Able to conduct user research and analyze application or website user profiles.
• Experienced in creating user personas, journey mapping, and task flows.

Soft Skills:

• High attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Open to feedback and iterative design processes.
• Disciplined and able to meet deadlines while adhering to company policies and procedures.
