Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in database administration
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining various database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
• Strong understanding of database architecture, design principles, and implementation strategies
• Hands-on experience with data backup, recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning
• Skilled in performance tuning and query optimization to ensure database efficiency
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex database issues promptly
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities
• Capable of working independently as well as within a team environment
• Familiarity with best practices in database security and compliance
• Willing to work from the office (WFO)
• Available to join as soon as possible (ASAP)
