About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in product management, particularly those with exposure to financial services (a plus) and leadership experience (a plus, but not mandatory). You will play a key role in managing product backlogs, aligning stakeholders, and supporting roadmap planning to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and ensure clarity in project goals.
- Support roadmap planning activities, ensuring product milestones are achievable and aligned with the company’s vision.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor progress, track KPIs, and proactively identify potential risks or blockers.
- Ensure that the final product meets stakeholder expectations and delivers value to end-users.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or in a similar product management role.
- Exposure to financial services or fintech industry is a strong plus.
- Leadership experience in managing small teams or leading initiatives is a plus.
- Strong skills in backlog management, stakeholder communication, and roadmap planning.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Availability to join immediately is highly preferred.
Contract Details
- Duration: 6 months (possible extension based on project needs).
- Location: West Jakarta
