[238] Quality Assurance Manual Tester

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality.
• Conduct various testing types, including smoke testing, regression testing, and sanity testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through detailed bug reports and analysis.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders within an Agile Scrum framework.
• Analyze business processes and system workflows to design effective testing approaches.
• Ensure thorough understanding and implementation of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to improve overall product quality and user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a background in manual testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, specifically Scrum.
• Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Scripts.
• Proficient in writing Bug Reports and conducting Bug Analysis.
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Knowledge of smoke testing, regression testing, and sanity testing.
• Ability to analyze business processes and application system workflows.
• Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate product quality.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Work Arrangement

• Placement: South Jakarta.
• Work setup: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week).
• Contract duration: 3–6 months (depending on interview results and experience), with possibility of extension.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred, as we are hiring for multiple headcounts.
