Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven working experience in providing help desk support with minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, networking, and operating systems.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong discipline in attendance and punctuality.

Work Arrangement

  • Placement: South Jakarta.
  • Work setup: Work from Office (WFO).
  • Contract duration: 6 months with possibility of extension.
