What You’ll Do
- Lead the design of intuitive user journeys across our SaaS platform, from onboarding to advanced workflows.
- Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product owner, engineers, and data teams to validate and iterate on design ideas.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring clarity to complex interactions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices across the company.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 3+ years of UX or product design experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision).
- Performance Focus:
- A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and end-to-end design thinking.
- Ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Communication: Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across time-zones.
- Preferably: Strong communication skills to clearly present and defend design decisions.
- Bonus: Experience working with design systems and maintaining consistency across products.
