[241] Product Owner (Salesforce Solution Analyst)

Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between business users and the technical team for Salesforce-related projects.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development and integration tasks within the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders in agile sprints to deliver continuous improvements.
• Ensure system configurations, customizations, and integrations follow Salesforce best practices.
• Support end-to-end testing and validate deliverables to ensure solution quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer (mandatory).
• Experience or background as a Salesforce Solution Analyst is highly preferred.
• Proven experience leading or being directly involved in Salesforce development and integration projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and API integration.
• Familiarity with insurance or health/life insurance business processes is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
• Hands-on experience working in agile/squad-based environments.

Work Arrangement

• Placement: South Jakarta.
• Work setup: Work from Office (WFO).
• Contract duration: 6 months with possibility of extension.
