[244] Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery to identify user needs and define product solutions.
• Conduct event ceremonies throughout the product development lifecycle (e.g., sprint planning, review, and retrospective).
• Collaborate with QA to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure product quality before release.
• Align business goals with technical feasibility to deliver impactful digital products.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, agile processes, and user-centric design principles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience is a plus.
• Available to join immediately or within 2 weeks.

Work Arrangement

• Placement: West Jakarta.
• Work setup: Work from Office (WFO).
• Contract duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
