Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in IT or software development.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Understanding of software development processes (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
• Basic coding knowledge or the ability to read code (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Knowledge of markup languages (e.g., HTML, XML) or tools like Markdown.
• Familiarity with APIs and the ability to document them effectively.
• Proficiency in creating manuals, user guides, FAQs, and API documentation.

Work Arrangement

• Placement: South Jakarta.
• Work setup: Work from Office (WFO).
• Contract duration: 6 months with possibility of extension.
