Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience in insurance industry is preferrable.
- Must have experience as accounting (not finance experience) at least 3 years.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of PASAK117 and insurance related accounting standards.
- Solid knowledge of general ledger, chart of accounts, period-end closing, and account reconciliation.
- Experience in supporting or coordinating internal and external audit processes (preparing schedules, documentation, reconciliations).
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, taxation (PPh, PPN), and tax reporting (SPT, e-SPT, e-Faktur).
- Proficient in journal entries, GL, financial statements, AP/AR, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, Xero, Jurnal.id, MYOB, or similar.
- Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with insurance systems (CARE Tech, FAAST, APPS, Brokap) is a plus.
- Familiar with IT environment is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, time management, and the ability to handle high-volume tasks.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work WFO
