[252] Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets
• Develop and maintain data models (Fact, Dim, Star Schema)
• Perform data mapping and cleansing using Python/R
• Create and manage reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Utilize SQL (PostgreSQL/SQL Server/BigQuery) for data extraction and manipulation
• Ensure data quality and maintain data dictionaries
• Understand and apply ETL concepts
• Collaborate with team members to provide data-driven insights
• Communicate findings and present data in a clear and concise manner

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role
• Strong SQL (PostgreSQL/SQL Server/BigQuery)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in Python/R for EDA and data cleansing
• Experience with data modeling (Fact, Dim, Star Schema)
• Knowledge of data mapping and OLAP models
• Expertise in Power BI (DAX, visualization best practices)
• Understanding of ETL concepts
• Familiarity with insurance, financial, or digital business data
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and be proactive

Preferred Qualifications (if any):

• Experience with MongoDB

Work Arrangement:

• 6-month contract (extension based on performance and company needs)
• Work from Office in South Jakarta
• Expected join date: ASAP (2 weeks notice period acceptable)
