About the Role
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that the internal Identity and Access Management (IAM) of a leading industry company is maintained at all times. You will manage the IAM, User Access Matrix (UAM), and User Access Review (UAR), and build procedures and guidelines to ensure secure management and operation of internal identity and access.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that security controls are designed and implemented in various IT processes related to Identity and Access Management.
- Review and propose policy changes on IAM technologies.
- Manage IAM operations.
- Conduct initial reviews of UAR and UAM documents.
- Automate IAM processes using scripting or tools to improve efficiency (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Terraform).
- Assist with audits and compliance (access reviews, logs).
Requirements
Education
- A recognized university degree in Computing, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Technical
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in enterprise security-related roles.
- Experience in handling at least 3-4 of the following: IAM solution (Cloud or OnPrem), Identity Governance Solution.
- Good understanding of security principles related to Identity and Access Management (based on industry standard framework e.g., ISO 27001), such as least privileges.
- Basic scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, etc.).
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), and Open Authorization (OAuth).
- Understanding of user access lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver).
- Experience managing access in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Not mandatory but having security/vendor-specific certifications will be an advantage.
Soft Skill
- Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional bilingual communication skills in Indonesian and English (speaking and writing).
Work Arrangement
- Placement: Revenue Tower, SCBD, South Jakarta
- Employment type: 12-month contract (extendable)
- Work setup: Hybrid
- Expected onboard: February/March 2026
