Project Overview

You will be involved in the development and management of a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) for a company operating in the Digital Business Integration industry. This role requires working within an enterprise environment and a regulated industry, ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) and internal company applications.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and UI/UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, application performance, and adherence to security best practices.
• Perform troubleshooting, bug fixing, and continuous system improvements.
• Support application deployment and maintenance in an enterprise environment.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Years of Experience: 3–5 years in Fullstack or Software Development
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Minimum GPA: 3.5 / 4.0

Backend Development

• Proficient in backend development using at least one of the following technologies:
  • Node.js
  • Java Spring Boot
  • .NET Core (Priority)
  • PHP Laravel
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with JSON.

Frontend Development

• Proficient in frontend development using at least one of the following frameworks:
  • React.js
  • Vue.js
  • Angular
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with:
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript (ES6+)

Database & Infrastructure

• Experience managing relational databases such as:
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
  • SQL Server
• Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB / Redis) is a plus.
• Familiar with:
  • Version control systems Git (GitLab / GitHub)
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Docker (experience with Kubernetes is a plus)

Security Knowledge

• Understanding of basic security practices, including:
  • JWT
  • OAuth
  • API security principles

Non-Technical Traits

• Comfortable working collaboratively with Business Analysts and UI/UX Designers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in an enterprise environment and regulated industry.
• Quick to understand business needs and strategies.
• Communicative, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Work Arrangement

• Employment Type:
  • Full-time
  • 3-month probation period
  • Permanent employment (PKWTT) after probation
• Working Hours:
  • Monday – Friday: 07.30 – 16.00
  • Saturday: twice a month, 07.30 – 13.30
• Expected Start Date: ASAP
