Project Overview
You will be involved in the development and management of a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) for a company operating in the Digital Business Integration industry. This role requires working within an enterprise environment and a regulated industry, ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) and internal company applications.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and UI/UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, application performance, and adherence to security best practices.
- Perform troubleshooting, bug fixing, and continuous system improvements.
- Support application deployment and maintenance in an enterprise environment.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Years of Experience: 3–5 years in Fullstack or Software Development
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields
- Minimum GPA: 3.5 / 4.0
Backend Development
- Proficient in backend development using at least one of the following technologies:
- Node.js
- Java Spring Boot
- .NET Core (Priority)
- PHP Laravel
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with JSON.
Frontend Development
- Proficient in frontend development using at least one of the following frameworks:
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript (ES6+)
Database & Infrastructure
- Experience managing relational databases such as:
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- SQL Server
- Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB / Redis) is a plus.
- Familiar with:
- Version control systems Git (GitLab / GitHub)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Docker (experience with Kubernetes is a plus)
Security Knowledge
- Understanding of basic security practices, including:
- JWT
- OAuth
- API security principles
Non-Technical Traits
- Comfortable working collaboratively with Business Analysts and UI/UX Designers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in an enterprise environment and regulated industry.
- Quick to understand business needs and strategies.
- Communicative, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Work Arrangement
- Employment Type:
- Full-time
- 3-month probation period
- Permanent employment (PKWTT) after probation
- Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 07.30 – 16.00
- Saturday: twice a month, 07.30 – 13.30
- Expected Start Date: ASAP
