[274] Full Stack Developer (Senior)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of scalable web applications.
• Design and implement system architecture, including microservices.
• Ensure high code quality by applying clean code, design patterns, and best practices.
• Take ownership of critical features, services, or modules end-to-end.
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders for technical alignment.
• Review code, define standards, and mentor junior and medior developers.
• Act as a knowledge center for development best practices and technical decisions.
• Identify and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues.
• Apply and promote DevSecOps practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript using Remix.js, Next.js, and NestJS.
• Strong expertise in PHP using Laravel framework.
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL.
• Advanced experience with version control tools such as GitLab and GitHub.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software design patterns.
• Solid knowledge and practical implementation of SOLID principles.
• Familiar with DevSecOps concepts and secure application development.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
• Able to make technical decisions and take responsibility for system quality.

Work Arrangement

• Location: South Jakarta
• Working model: Hybrid (1 day WFO per week)
• Contract duration: End of March/April 2026 - March 2029
• Client industry: Energy Logistic & Distribution
