About the Role

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for managing complex cross-functional technology programs within the financial services / fintech industry. This role acts as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of new product features.

The TPM oversees program roadmaps, tracks deliverables, and coordinates with internal stakeholders as well as external partners such as vendors and financial institutions, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Develop and maintain program timelines and project plans.
  • Define key milestones and deliverables.
  • Track program progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and resolve project blockers.

Agile & Delivery Process

  • Act as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for the team.
  • Support Agile development and delivery practices.
  • Continuously improve team delivery processes.

Roadmap & Planning

  • Manage quarterly program roadmap planning.
  • Support prioritization of product and technology initiatives.
  • Align roadmap execution with business objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, product managers, designers, analysts, and QA teams.
  • Facilitate effective cross-team communication.
  • Ensure alignment among stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with external vendors and financial institution partners.
  • Ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.

Requirements

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project delivery, program management, or technical leadership.
  • Experience in financial services or fintech is preferred.
  • Experience managing large transformation programs involving multiple vendors is a plus.

Program Management Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and progress tracking skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.

Agile & Product Delivery

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience working in product delivery environments is preferred.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to report progress to management.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Work Arrangement

  • Placement: Revenue Tower, SCBD, South Jakarta
  • Employment type: 12-month contract (extendable)
  • Work setup: Hybrid
