[298] Back End Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications aligned with business needs and company standards
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Analyze business problems and provide effective technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business & IT) in product development
• Contribute to system architecture and ensure consistency across backend and end-to-end solutions
• Integrate backend services with internal and external systems
• Support end-to-end delivery, including deployment automation and infrastructure readiness
• Ensure system reliability by monitoring backend services across development, testing, and production
• Maintain strong awareness of security and operational risk management

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in backend development
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency in Java for programming language
• Experience with Spring Boot framework
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
• Hands-on experience with at least one database: Oracle, Redis, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB

Preferred

• Experience leading backend teams
• Familiar with microservices & containerization (e.g., Docker)
• Experience with Kafka or stream-based systems
• Strong understanding of caching strategies and distributed systems
• Experience with NoSQL databases and search engines (e.g., Elasticsearch)

Work Arrangement

• Employment type: Contract
• Contract duration: 12 months (extendable)
