About the Role
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Product Designer to craft intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences across mobile and web platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into impactful user experiences while maintaining consistency with product design systems and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Analyze PRDs and design briefs to define user flows, user journeys, and product design requirements.
- Create user-centered UI/UX designs for mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop web platforms.
- Conceptualize wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on business and user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers, copywriters, and engineers to deliver seamless product experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience.
- Define and measure design success metrics through usability evaluation and user feedback.
- Ensure final designs align with brand guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards.
- Maintain and contribute to scalable design systems, UI patterns, and design documentation.
- Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Continuously explore design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-powered design workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking and product design methodologies.
- Experience designing for mobile applications, mobile web, and desktop web platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, interaction design, and visual design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work methodically, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Passionate about digital innovation and creating impactful user experiences.
Design & Collaboration Tools
- Strong proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Jira, and similar product design collaboration tools.
- Experience working with MUI Design System or similar component-based design systems.
- Experience collaborating closely with frontend engineers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools to enhance design workflows and technical exploration.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining scalable design systems.
Work Arrangement
- Placement: South Jakarta
- Work Setup: Hybrid
- Contract Duration: 6 months
