About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner to drive product initiatives from discovery to delivery. In this role, you will manage product backlogs, align stakeholders, support roadmap planning, and ensure digital products are delivered effectively while balancing business goals and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery to identify user needs and define effective product solutions.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and roadmap goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and maintain clarity across project deliverables.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions.
- Coordinate closely with development and QA teams, including supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before product release.
- Align business needs with technical feasibility to ensure impactful and scalable product delivery.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and proactively identify risks or blockers.
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment between stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure delivered products meet stakeholder expectations and provide value to end-users.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar product management role.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, agile methodologies, backlog management, and user-centric design principles.
- Experience in roadmap planning, stakeholder management, and product delivery processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Exposure to financial services or fintech industry is a strong plus.
- Leadership experience in managing initiatives or small teams is a plus.
- Available to join immediately or within 2 weeks.
Work Arrangement
- Placement: West Jakarta
- Work Setup: Work From Office (WFO)
- Contract Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
