Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of system availability and performance, and drive the transformation of team culture from reactive firefighting to proactive, automated resiliency.
  • Embed security into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that security testing and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices are treated as mandatory standards rather than optional targets.
  • Define and lead the long-term strategy for hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business growth while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Establish and enforce a rigorous blameless post-mortem culture, ensuring every outage results in permanent systemic improvements, not temporary fixes.
  • Set and uphold cybersecurity standards, ensuring network architecture and data management comply with international security benchmarks.
  • Ensure the Helpdesk function operates effectively as a bridge for manual escalation to engineering teams.
  • Oversee IT Support and Logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Translate complex technical debt into clear and actionable business risks, enabling top management to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Direct exposure to and collaboration with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Infrastructure/DevOps, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams (SRE, public cloud, on-premise infrastructure, DevOps, networking, and security).
  • Proven track record in building battle-tested, highly reliable environments, with strong preference for experience managing high-traffic distributed systems.
  • Deep understanding of how infrastructure directly impacts end-user experience.
  • Extensive experience leading teams under high-pressure conditions, including handling complex production incidents and security breaches.
  • Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry and high-growth tech startups is considered a significant advantage.
  • Available to be hired and start working as soon as possible.
  • Willing to work from Head Office in Mampang, South Jakarta
