We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product development and drive business impact across diverse customer segments. The ideal candidate combines strong product expertise, data-driven decision-making, business acumen, and effective stakeholder management.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery to execution and continuous improvement.
- Translate customer needs and business objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
- Leverage data and market insights to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and measure product performance.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, business, design, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage and align stakeholders across B2B, B2C, and/or B2G product environments.
- Lead and mentor product team members, where applicable.
- Drive product innovation and improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management or a closely related product role.
- Proven experience in leading or managing a product team is highly preferred.
- Experience handling B2B, B2C, and/or B2G products.
- Strong data analytics and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product initiatives to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in EdTech and/or HealthTech is a strong plus.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
- ASAP availability is preferred.
