Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of application components.
  • Develop and maintain back-end systems using .NET Core, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Implement caching strategies using both microservices and monolithic architectures to optimize system efficiency and response time.
  • Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end and third-party integrations.
  • Independently execute back-end development tasks, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Assist junior developers by providing guidance, reviewing their code, and fostering technical growth.
  • Contribute to technical decision-making for small to medium-scale projects.
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex software bugs, implementing effective solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for back-end processes and APIs.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Back End Developer, demonstrating strong technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in .NET Core for back-end development.
  • Experience in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with caching mechanisms in both microservices and monolithic architectures.
  • Understanding of database management systems, cloud services, and distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in software testing methodologies, debugging techniques, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to handle intermediate to advanced technical challenges with minimal supervision.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Capable of debugging and fixing software defects with minimal guidance.

Work Arrangement

  • Contract Type: Minimum 3 months (probationary period), extendable to 6 or 12 months based on performance.
  • Work Location: Full on-site at Jl. Prof. DR. Satrio Kav. E-IV No.6, Kuningan, Karet Kuningan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 1294.
  • Work Environment: Collaborative full on-site work model, requiring close coordination with team members and other stakeholder.
