[182] Back End Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop applications aligned with business requirements and banking standards.
• Write effective and efficient code as a primary responsibility before handling other tasks.
• Analyze problems and provide technology-driven solutions for business challenges.
• Document ideas, problems, and solutions for continuous product and team improvement.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in product development.
• Design and maintain system architecture to ensure feature consistency within backend and end-to-end solutions.
• Integrate products with internal and external systems.
• Take full responsibility for product completion, including infrastructure setup, automation scripts for deployment/delivery, and security awareness.
• Monitor backend services during development, testing, and production phases.
• Manage operational risk by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 4 years of experience in backend development or a related role.
• Strong initiative, discipline, responsibility, attention to detail, and structured work approach.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, collaborating effectively with related teams.
• Proactive in providing suggestions and improvements for the team.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, .NET, or Go.
• Experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Strong SQL query skills.
• Hands-on experience with at least one database: Oracle, Elastic, Redis, or MongoDB.

Additional Skills:

• Experience leading a backend development team.
• Knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Kafka and stream-based applications.
• Expertise in Redis, caching strategies, and data grid management.
• Familiarity with Elastic and other non-relational databases.
