About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development – Human Capital Solutions to drive sustainable growth across BINAR’s ecosystem, including Talent Acquisition Solutions, Learning & Development, Training Solutions, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
This role is ideal for a B2B consultative sales professional who thrives in complex sales environments and understands how organizations invest in talent, capability building, and workforce transformation.
You will play a key role in expanding BINAR’s footprint across enterprise and multinational clients, while also ensuring long-term client partnerships through value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Acquisition (Pre-Sales)
- Drive lead generation through outbound, inbound, and referral channels.
- Identify and penetrate enterprise and multinational clients across industries (e.g., Banking, FMCG, Technology, Manufacturing).
- Conduct consultative selling by understanding client needs in talent, capability development, and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Learning Designers, Tech Consultants, Talent Solutions team) to develop tailored solutions.
- Present solutions professionally in Bahasa Indonesia and English to diverse stakeholders, including multinational clients.
2. Solution & Deal Structuring
- Structure commercially viable and competitive proposals across:
- Talent Acquisition & Outsourcing (Job Connect)
- Learning & Development / Training Solutions (Digital Talent Accelerator)
- Work closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure feasibility and impact.
- Navigate complex procurement processes and decision-making units (DMUs).
3. Client Relationship & Account Growth (Post-Sales)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, Procurement, and Business stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and support project execution in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain clear communication and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across BINAR’s solutions.
- Develop long-term strategic accounts to generate recurring revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales, preferably in:
- Recruitment / Headhunting / Talent Solutions
- Manpower or IT Outsourcing
- HR Services / Training / Learning & Development
- Tech Consulting / System Integration
- Proven track record in closing B2B deals and managing client relationships.
- Strong experience in consultative selling and solution-based approach.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes and complex sales cycles.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling multinational or enterprise clients.
- Existing network within HR, Procurement, or Business Leaders is a strong advantage.
- Background in selling human capital solutions, training, or digital transformation programs.
- Ability to sell value-based solutions, not just price-driven offerings.

Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives (uncapped)
