About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development – Talent Solutions to drive growth for our Job Connect (Talent & Outsourcing Solutions) business.

This role is perfect for a proven B2B sales hunter with experience in recruitment, manpower outsourcing, IT outsourcing, staffing agency, or managed services, who understands how large and multinational companies evaluate and procure talent partners.

You will focus on acquiring new enterprise and multinational clients, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term strategic accounts.

If you are confident closing high-value outsourcing deals and comfortable engaging with procurement and senior stakeholders — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new B2B & multinational clients for recruitment and outsourcing services.
  • Identify and penetrate large enterprises across industries (Banking, FMCG, Tech, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and account expansion.
  • Present solutions in English and Bahasa Indonesia to local and multinational stakeholders.
  • Structure commercially viable deals in collaboration with delivery & operations teams.
  • Build strong relationships with HR Directors, Procurement, and Business Leaders.
  • Maintain and expand key accounts to generate recurring revenue.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales specifically within a 360 Recruitment Consultancy or Strategic Staffing environment, such as:
    • Recruitment agency; and/or
    • Manpower outsourcing company; and/or
    • IT outsourcing; and/or
    • Staffing / Talent solutions provider; and/or
    • HR services company
  • Proven experience handling multinational clients or regional accounts.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing multiple B2B outsourcing/recruitment deals per year.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) — must be confident presenting to multinational stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise procurement processes.
  • Existing network within corporates or MNCs is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable managing long and complex sales cycles.
  • Expertise in consultative selling—you know how to sell "value" and "quality," not just "price."
  • Deep understanding of the MNC procurement landscape and complex decision-making units (DMUs).
  • Network: An existing portfolio of HR/Procurement contacts in the Banking, Tech, or Manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.

  • A true hunter with enterprise sales DNA (not order taker).
  • Confident engaging with C-level, HR Directors, and Procurement.
  • Commercially sharp and target-driven.
  • Resilient, proactive, and highly accountable.
  • Background in recruitment / HR solutions industry is highly preferred.
