About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development professional to drive sustainable growth across BINAR’s ecosystem, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Training Solutions, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

This role is suited for a consultative B2B sales professional who understands how organizations invest in talent and workforce transformation, and is able to translate business needs into impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Acquisition (Pre-Sales)

  • Generate leads through outbound, inbound, and referral channels
  • Identify and approach enterprise & multinational clients across industries
  • Conduct consultative selling by understanding client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions
  • Deliver professional presentations in Bahasa Indonesia and English

2. Solution & Deal Structuring

  • Develop competitive and commercially viable proposals
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure feasibility
  • Navigate procurement processes and complex decision-making units
  • Structure deals across Talent Solutions and Training programs

3. Client Relationship & Account Growth (Post-Sales)

  • Build strong relationships with HR, Procurement, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and project alignment
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Manage strategic accounts for long-term revenue growth

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
  • Background in HR services, outsourcing, recruitment, or tech consulting preferred
  • Proven track record in closing deals
  • Strong consultative selling capability
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience handling enterprise, multinational, government (central/regional), or state-owned enterprise (BUMN) clients
  • Existing network within HR, Procurement, Business Leaders, or government stakeholders is a strong advantage
  • Background in selling human capital solutions, training, or digital transformation programs
