About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially-minded Senior Business Development professional to accelerate growth across BINAR’s ecosystem, including Talent Solutions, Learning & Development, Corporate Training, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic client partnerships, and help organizations address workforce and capability challenges through impactful solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Client Acquisition
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound, inbound, referral, and networking channels.
- Build relationships with enterprise, multinational, government, and strategic clients across industries.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client priorities, business challenges, and workforce development needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives and desired outcomes.
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and solution pitches in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Solution Development & Commercial Negotiation
- Develop commercially attractive proposals aligned with client needs and business goals.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful implementation.
- Manage proposal discussions, procurement processes, and contract negotiations.
- Structure and negotiate engagements across Talent Solutions, Learning Solutions, Corporate Training, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Balance commercial opportunities with delivery capability to ensure long-term client success.
Strategic Account Management & Revenue Growth
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless client onboarding and alignment throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnership development.
- Manage strategic accounts to support client retention, recurring revenue, and account expansion.
- Contribute to sustainable revenue growth through proactive account planning and relationship management.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or related commercial roles.
- Proven track record in acquiring, managing, and closing B2B opportunities.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in HR services, outsourcing, recruitment, corporate training, professional services, technology consulting, or related industries is preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise, multinational, government (central/regional), or state-owned enterprise (BUMN) clients.
- Existing network within HR, Procurement, business leadership, or government stakeholders is a strong advantage.
- Experience selling talent solutions, workforce development programs, corporate training, HR services, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with complex B2B sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.

💰 Salary Range: IDR 10–14 Million/Month
