Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager

Job Description:

• Manage and monitor company cash flow to ensure financial stability
• Prepare and analyze financial reports; implement and maintain effective financial control systems
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee cost control and perform financial analysis to support business efficiency
• Support strategic planning and provide insights for key decision-making
• Coordinate audit processes and manage financial risk
• Plan tax strategies and provide recommendations for tax efficiency
• Review Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) invoices
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial legislation
• Promote good governance practices across finance operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Tax
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in using Accurate Accounting System and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP) and local financial regulations
• Brevet A & B certification is a plus
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and target-driven
• Strong analytical, communication, and managerial skills
