Responsibilities

  • Independently perform front-end development tasks and ensure software meets established performance, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Develop, test, and maintain front-end components using React, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility across different platforms and devices.
  • Implement and maintain unit testing using Cypress to ensure front-end stability and functionality.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to deliver seamless and user-friendly experiences.
  • Optimize front-end performance by improving load times, responsiveness, and overall efficiency.
  • Assist junior developers by providing guidance, code reviews, and best practice recommendations.
  • Contribute to technical decision-making for small to medium-scale projects.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex bugs with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for development processes, coding standards, and testing strategies.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Front End Developer, demonstrating strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in React.js, with experience in building scalable and maintainable front-end applications.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end development best practices.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Cypress, ensuring high-quality front-end code.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and debugging tools.
  • Ability to handle intermediate technical challenges with minimal supervision.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Capable of debugging and fixing software defects with minimal guidance.

Work Arrangement

  • Contract Type: Minimum 3 months (probationary period), extendable to 6 or 12 months based on performance.
  • Work Location: Full on-site at Jl. Prof. DR. Satrio Kav. E-IV No.6, Kuningan, Karet Kuningan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 1294.
  • Work Environment: Collaborative full on-site work model, requiring close coordination with team members and other stakeholder.

  • Behavioral and technical interview with the hiring panel.
