Fullstack Trainer - Offline Bootcamp

Job Description

• Collaborate with the Learning Designer (LD) team to improve and add current learning materials, chapter challenges, final projects, and tasks for Binar Academy students.
• Determine the most creative modes of learning to engage students effectively.
• Contribute to improving learning materials by providing best practices from the industry.
• Design final projects for students, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Lead and facilitate class discussions that encourage students’ active participation.
• Monitor attendance and facilitate assessment processes during class sessions.
• Commit to the teaching schedules that Binar already arranged.
• Conduct consultations outside of class to provide additional support and guidance to students (if necessary).
• Evaluate students' performance in class participation and challenge
• Provide constructive feedback to support the students' learning process.
• Offer advice/guidance to students to develop and refine their ideas for final projects.
• Provide guidance on assessment criteria and expectations for student projects.
• Analyze and organize students based on their learning progress into groups for assessment that will be done in a group setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Website & Mobile Developer, with offline availability from 9 AM to 5 PM (Pondok Indah location).
• Having experience in teaching as trainer, facilitator, mentor, co-trainer is a plus
• Proficient in backend development using Java 17/21, Spring Boot 3.x, REST API, PostgreSQL, Redis, and ORM (Hibernate/JPA).
• Skilled in frontend (Angular 19.x, TypeScript, NgRX) and Android development (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Retrofit).
• Experienced in DevOps practices, including Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), GCP, and Vercel.
• Strong understanding of application security: OWASP, JWT/OAuth2, rate limiting, input validation, and secure coding practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of clean code, SOLID principles, microservices, design patterns, and excellent communication and time management skills.
