Responsibilities
AI Tools Implementation & Adoption
- Identify business processes that can be optimized using available AI tools (such as LLMs, generative AI, and workflow automation).
- Implement and configure AI tools for specific use cases across departments (HR, marketing, customer service, operations).
- Build simple automation workflows using no-code/low-code platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n integrated with AI services.
- Create effective prompt templates for recurring business needs and document them as organizational assets.
Business Process Analysis & Optimization
- Conduct business process mapping to identify friction points that can be addressed through AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and translate them into practical AI solutions.
- Measure and report the impact of AI tool implementation on operational efficiency (time saved, error reduction, productivity gains).
- Document best practices, playbooks, and SOPs for AI usage across the organization.
AI Literacy & Change Management
- Facilitate training sessions and onboarding programs for AI tools across employees with diverse backgrounds.
- Act as the internal point of contact (AI Champion) for AI-related questions and support.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and evaluate their relevance to business needs.
- Help teams understand AI capabilities and limitations to maintain realistic expectations.
AI Governance & Ethics
- Ensure AI tool usage complies with applicable data privacy policies and regulations.
- Conduct initial evaluations of AI-generated outputs to identify potential bias or inaccuracies.
- Escalate ethical concerns related to AI usage to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must Have
- Strong understanding of how popular AI tools work, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other generative AI platforms.
- Hands-on experience using at least one workflow automation platform (Zapier, Make, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate).
- Prompt engineering capabilities — able to design and optimize prompts for various business use cases.
- Strong analytical skills — able to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly curious about developments in AI technology.
Nice to Have / Preferred
- Experience in business analysis, operations, digital marketing, or consulting.
- Experience leading or contributing to digital transformation initiatives within organizations.
- Familiarity with AI-powered collaboration tools (Notion AI, Slack AI, Microsoft Copilot, etc.).
- AI certifications from Google, Microsoft, or Coursera (preferred but not required).
- Basic understanding of data concepts such as spreadsheet analytics and basic SQL.
