Responsibilities
User Access Management:
- Create and manage user login access to applications in a secure and efficient manner.
- Perform modifications and deletions of user login access as required.
Access Review and Monitoring:
- Conduct regular reviews of user access rights (User Access Review) to ensure compliance with organizational policies and security protocols.
- Periodically review user role access matrices (User Access Matrix) to maintain the integrity of assigned roles and permissions.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain detailed weekly and monthly reports related to user access activities, role reviews, and changes made in the system.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with security standards and is easily auditable.
Security Compliance:
- Assist in enforcing IT security policies, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to support audits and compliance checks.
Requirements
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT system security or related fields, with a focus on user access management.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with user authentication and authorization systems.
- Knowledge of access control protocols, role-based access management, and IT security principles.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing reports using tools like Excel or equivalent.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in managing access rights and preparing reports.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Work Arrangement
- This is a full on-site role based in Menteng, Central Jakarta, requiring close collaboration with IT security and operational teams.
