[196] Junior Project Manager

Position Overview

We seek a proactive Junior Project Manager to support IT/digital projects in the insurance domain. You will assist in planning, risk analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects align with business goals while managing BAU tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution
   • Support end-to-end project planning, including scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize BRD/BRS documentation.
   • Monitor deliverables using tools like Jira/Trello/Asana.
2. Risk & Impact Analysis
   • Identify project risks (e.g., timeline delays, budget overruns) and propose mitigation strategies.
   • Assess impact of changes on business processes (e.g., claims, underwriting).
3. BAU & Reporting
   • Balance project tasks with day-to-day operational activities.
   • Generate weekly/monthly progress reports for stakeholders.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
   • Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
   • Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment on project goals.

Key Qualifications

Must-Have:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
2. Experience: 1-3 years in IT project management (e.g., software development, system integration).
3. Technical Skills:
   • Proficient in BRD/BRS drafting and requirement gathering.
   • Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
4. Soft Skills:
   • Strong teamwork and time-management abilities.
   • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
5. Language: Good communication in English (written/spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia.

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to insurance domains (e.g., underwriting, claims processing).
• Familiarity with compliance/regulatory frameworks in insurance.
