[186] .NET Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop applications based on business needs and Bank Mandiri's standards.
• Write efficient and effective working code as a primary responsibility.
• Analyze business problems and provide suitable technology solutions.
• Document ideas, issues, and solutions in a shared repository to support product development and team collaboration.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders for product development.
• Ensure system architecture and design consistency across features, both in backend and end-to-end solutions.
• Integrate products with internal and external surrounding systems.
• Take full responsibility for product completion, including infrastructure preparation, deployment automation, and security awareness.
• Monitor backend services throughout development, testing, and production.
• Manage operational risks by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks while ensuring data quality and compliance with bank policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 4 years of experience as a .NET Backend Developer or similar role.
• Proactive, disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to provide suggestions and improvements for team development.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Java, .NET, C#, or Go programming languages.
• Expertise in .NET MAUI, .NET Core, OOP, and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of microservices and APIs.
• Familiarity with RDBMS.
• Experience working with databases such as Oracle, Elastic, Redis, or MongoDB.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.

Additional Skills:

• Experience leading a backend development team.
• Knowledge of containerization and microservices.
• Experience with Kafka & stream-based applications.
• Understanding of Redis, caching strategies, and data grids.
• Familiarity with ElasticSearch and other non-relational databases.
