About the Role
As a People Development Consultant, you will work closely with clients to diagnose people and organizational challenges, design impactful HR solutions, and ensure effective execution across programs such as Learning & Development, Organization Development, Culture Transformation, and HR Transformation.
This role blends consultative client engagement, solution design, and implementation oversight, requiring strong judgment, stakeholder management, and a systemic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Client Discovery & Engagement
- Lead client discovery sessions to surface pain points, goals, constraints, and success metrics
- Validate stakeholders, data inputs, timelines, and expectations
Solution Design & Commercial Judgment
- Design contextual HR solutions (L&D, OD, culture, performance, succession) aligned to business objectives
- Develop and present proposals, including scope, outcomes, feasibility, and pricing trade-offs
- Manage scope changes, risks, and mitigations throughout the engagement
Execution Handover & Oversight
- Brief program managers and cross-functional teams on approved designs
- Translate designs into execution plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and ownership
- Provide governance, quality checkpoints, and issue resolution during implementation
Post-Program Follow-up & Retention
- Support reporting, insights, and recommendations post-program
- Co-present outcomes to clients and identify follow-on or expansion opportunities
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Business Development, Program Managers, Talent Community, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in People Development, HR Consulting, L&D, OD, or related roles
- Experience working with corporate clients or complex stakeholders is highly preferred
Capabilities

- Ability to balance impact, feasibility, and commercial considerations
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and proposal-writing skills
