[255] Product Manager

Work Arrangement

• Placement: West Jakarta
• Work Setup: Work from Office (WFO)
• Contract: 6 months
• Expected Start Date: ASAP (immediate joiners preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain two internal applications: Collection System and Customer Management Database
• Work closely with internal users to gather requirements and translate them into product deliverables
• Define and prioritize product backlog in alignment with business needs
• Drive product development using Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as an IT Product Manager or in a relevant product role
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices
• Experience handling internal systems/applications (experience with collection or customer management platforms is a plus)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Available to join immediately or on short notice
