[116] Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more digital products.
• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and product goals.
• Actively manage and prioritize the product backlog, including backlog grooming.
• Create, refine, and manage Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Make decisions during sprint planning, refinement, and delivery processes.
• Ensure sprint execution aligns with product direction and objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Monitor product development progress and resolve blockers.
• Foster strong team collaboration and maintain quality of output.
• Conduct stakeholder communication and alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement in product development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years experience as a Product Owner, preferably with an ex-developer background.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems.
• Strong technical understanding — not a Business Analyst–leaning profile.
• Advanced experience in Agile/Scrum; proficient in JIRA.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and system workflows.
• Skilled in creating comprehensive user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Strong grasp of product, process, and user experience dynamics.
• Must have: Understanding and experience in handling Micro Services, able to do technical skill in SQL query.
• Familiar and have understanding with IT skill sets and environment.
