[174] Quality Assurance (Automation)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript to ensure software quality across mobile and web platforms.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, including UI, API, and performance testing, particularly for transactional or investment-based applications.
• Implement automation frameworks using tools such as Appium, Selenium, and Cucumber with Gherkin syntax.
• Perform backend testing, including endpoint validation and database-level checks using SQL queries.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to refine test strategies, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze and document test results and bugs; ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Contribute to a hustle-driven environment with strong ownership and execution culture.
• Stay current with QA automation trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in QA Automation with a proven track record in mobile and backend testing.
• Proficient in automation and scripting using JavaScript.
• Experienced in automation tools: Appium for mobile, Selenium and Cucumber for web automation.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for writing and analyzing queries.
• Able to write test cases using Gherkin syntax and perform API testing.
• Experience testing applications with transactional flows, ideally within investment or crypto domains.
• Fast learner, strong problem-solving skills, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation culture.
• Comfortable with live test case creation and logic/problem-solving assessments during interviews.
• Willing to work from office (WFO) in Jakarta on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
• Open to overtime when needed and able to maintain good communication under pressure.
