About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Specialist – Job Connect to drive enterprise growth by acquiring large-scale outsourcing clients and expanding our footprint in highly competitive markets. This role is ideal for a proven enterprise sales hunter who understands how large organizations buy outsourcing services and thrives in complex, long-cycle deals.
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account expansion, while working closely with internal delivery teams to ensure commercially sound and profitable engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Win new large outsourcing clients across industries such as banking, FMCG, and large enterprises.
- Take market share from established outsourcing players through a compelling combination of pricing, speed, and service quality.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and account expansion.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and operations teams to structure profitable, scalable deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
- Proven track record in IT and/or digital outsourcing sales.
- Strong closing, negotiation, and deal-structuring skills.
- Existing network within large corporates is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable managing complex deals with long sales cycles.
