[181] Solution Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Drive innovation and contribute significantly to business growth.
• Conduct technical process analysis and map business processes.
• Coordinate projects and interpret solutions while facilitating in-depth discussions.
• Document and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applications.
• Prepare detailed functional requirement specifications and business-related activities.
• Negotiate requirements based on technical effort analysis.
• Develop high-level and detailed designs, including screen flows and business processes.
• Manage operational risks by identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling, and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Solution Designer, Solution Architect, or equivalent.
• Experience as a Developer.
• Strong initiative, discipline, responsibility, attention to detail, and structured work approach.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, collaborating effectively with related teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Microservices, SOA, and Programming Principles.
• Strong understanding of Agile SDLC methodology.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence administration.
• Background in Backend Development/Engineering.

Additional Skills:

• Experience in team management or supervision.
• Experience as a Solution Architect.
