About the Role
At BINAR, we are entering an exciting phase of organizational growth, transformation, and business evolution. We are looking for an experienced Strategic Organization Development (OD) Specialist (Associate – Senior Level) to help shape a lean, agile, and high-performing organization.
This role will partner closely with Management and the Board of Directors (BOD) to strengthen organizational effectiveness, optimize workforce capability, enhance performance systems, and drive sustainable people strategies while maintaining strong employee engagement and retaining key talent.
The ideal candidate combines strong organizational development expertise, business acumen, and hands-on experience leading transformation initiatives in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Design & Workforce Optimization
- Analyze organizational structures, workforce effectiveness, and business processes.
- Develop recommendations to improve organizational efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
- Support organizational restructuring and workforce optimization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline roles, functions, and team structures.
Performance & Capability Management
- Develop and refine competency frameworks and capability mapping.
- Design and enhance KPI and performance management systems.
- Align role expectations and performance metrics with business objectives.
- Support talent assessment and capability development initiatives.
Career Framework & People Structure
- Enhance employee grading and job level structures.
- Develop clear and scalable career path frameworks across functions.
- Support remuneration reviews and salary benchmarking initiatives.
- Ensure people structures remain fair, sustainable, and aligned with business needs.
Change Management & Talent Retention
- Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to maintain employee engagement during periods of change.
- Contribute to key talent retention and workforce sustainability strategies.
- Translate people insights and organizational assessments into actionable recommendations.
HR Analytics & Strategic Projects
- Analyze workforce data, productivity trends, and turnover insights.
- Provide strategic recommendations to support business and people-related decisions.
- Support BOD and leadership teams on organization effectiveness and workforce strategy initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Organization Development (OD)
- HR Strategy
- Performance Management
- Workforce Transformation
- or other strategic HR functions
- Proven experience in:
- Organizational restructuring
- Competency mapping
- KPI and performance management systems
- Grading structure development
- Career path framework design
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and organizational design capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance business efficiency with employee experience.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving, and transformation-focused environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a startup environment will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience in technology, digital, consulting, outsourcing, or service industries is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with HR analytics, talent mapping, and assessment interpretation is a plus.
- Experience leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives will be an advantage.
