[153] System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Recommend solutions and define the design and implementation of the Company’s servers.
• Monitor and maintain server performance.
• Perform server maintenance.
• Collaborate with the IT project team and application team on implementing solutions that require network support.
• Communicate regularly with the technical team, application team, and operations team to ensure network integrity and security.
• Coordinate with IT Support to resolve network-related issues.
• Perform all tasks in accordance with the Company’s procedures and policies.

Requirements

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in a relevant system analyst or system administration role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in system administration, including server performance monitoring and recommendation of appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with the technologies used within the company’s infrastructure.
• Ability to handle intermediate technical challenges independently.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Capable of debugging and fixing system defects with minimal guidance.

Work Arrangement

• Contract Type: Minimum 3 months (probationary period), extendable to 6 or 12 months based on performance.
• Work Location: Full on-site at Jl. Prof. DR. Satrio Kav. E-IV No.6, Kuningan, Karet Kuningan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 1294.
• Work Environment: Collaborative full on-site work model, requiring close coordination with team members and other stakeholder.
