About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition & Operations professional who is passionate about connecting exceptional technology talent with exciting career opportunities.
In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for digital and technology positions while working closely with Business Development, Account Management, Operations, and Hiring Managers. Beyond recruitment execution, you will play a strategic role in talent mapping, market intelligence, and building a sustainable talent pipeline to support business growth.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from talent mapping, sourcing, screening, assessment, candidate engagement, offer management, through successful placement.
- Proactively identify, approach, and engage high-quality technology talent through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, databases, networking, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for Software Engineers, Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Mobile Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, Cybersecurity Specialists, and other technology roles.
- Partner closely with Business Development, Account Management, Operations, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and client requirements.
- Translate business and technical requirements into effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Develop compelling outreach approaches to attract passive candidates and compete effectively for highly sought-after technology professionals.
- Build trusted relationships with candidates by providing a professional, transparent, and empathetic recruitment experience.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality of hire.

- Conduct market research on technology talent availability, salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and competitor hiring activities.
- Support recruitment operations and continuously improve recruitment processes, documentation, and talent database management.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (S1) from any discipline.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Technology Recruitment, Executive Search, or Headhunting.
- Previous experience working in a technology startup, digital company, technology outsourcing company, recruitment agency, or executive search firm.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, approaching, engaging, and hiring high-demand technology professionals.
- Hands-on recruitment experience for Software Engineering, Data, Product, Cybersecurity, Cloud, DevOps, QA, or other digital technology roles.
- Strong sourcing and talent hunting skills beyond traditional job portals.
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, referrals, communities, and other advanced sourcing methods.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business functions.
- High empathy and excellent candidate management skills, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to achieve hiring targets.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience managing recruitment funnels, hiring metrics, dashboards, and talent pipelines.
Strong Advantage If You Have
- Experience recruiting technology professionals for Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience working in IT outsourcing, technology staffing, or managed services businesses.
- An established professional network within Software Engineering, Product, Data, Cybersecurity, or technology communities.
- Experience handling multiple concurrent technology hiring projects or high-volume recruitment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.
