[167] Tech Lead (Full Stack)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers, manage tasks, and ensure project deliverables.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end APIs using Vue.js and Golang (preferred).
• Ensure the scalability and performance of applications.
• Design and implement monolith and microservices architectures.
• Provide mentorship and support to the development team.

Requirements:

• 6-7 years of experience in software development.
• Strong back-end background with expertise in multiple programming languages.
• Hands-on experience in Golang and Vue.js (preferred).
• Experience in building and managing microservices.
• Solid understanding of monolithic and microservices architectures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage tasks and guide a team.
• Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn.

Work Arrangement:

• Work from Office (WFO), with a possibility of hybrid.
